Tanya M. Berndt

Tanya grew up in Berks County, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2003 with a degree in Communications Studies. Tanya is proud of her upbringing as the daughter of a 4th generation shoe repair business owner, stemming back to Italy, which instilled in her a strong work ethic that she attributes to her success. After starting her career in the political realm, she transitioned to a role as Business Development Coordinator for an independent insurance agency in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for nine years. In 2016, she began her career at Nottingham as a Commercial Lines Producer and Risk Advisor, and in 2018, she was promoted to Director of Sales. Developing authentic, transparent, and lasting relationships with clients and her team is her absolute passion. Tanya resides in Langhorne, Pennsylvania with her husband Dave (also a Nottingham team member), their young son, Alex, and their two Labrador Retrievers, Reilly, and Rosie.
